Ceridian Corporation, September 2010 – Present
Responsible for the design & development of the core next-generation SaaS based payroll tax compliance platform. When completed, this platform will import data from tens of ERPs, support hundreds of in-house processes, be legally compliant with thousands of agency jurisdictions, service tens of thousands of SMB to enterprise clients, & move billions of dollars annually.
  • Wrote the business case & CBA, presented regular reviews to senior management, & retained / led the development team
  • Implemented & led the process for discovery, documentation, feature design, & project planning
  • Led the authoring of information architecture, workflows, application architecture, wireframes
  • Delivered: functional core application, data import agent, platform infrastructure, & multi-media knowledgebase
